We are a GCC for Allstate Insurance a Fortune 100 company and the largest listed P&C insurance company in the US. ASPL is about 8 years old in India on a pretty steep growth curve across Technology, Operations and Analytics as we become a strong Enterprise Asset.
This is my 4th start-up organization and I am thrilled by the challenges and opportunities this offers. We have a strong team with focus on Delivery Excellence and Thought Partnership. Personal, I am passionate about developing talent and helping the youth achieve their potential. In addition bringing about Social Change through women empowerment, helping the educated be employable, education across primary and secondary schools and environment support through water conservation have been close to my heart.
I play squash regularly and am fond of wine and eclectic cuisine.
